A forward thinker and sound decision-maker, Daniel's background is in logistics. His venture into real estate began in 2010 with the UK company, Chancellors Group of Estate Agents. In his first twelve months, Daniel achieved Rookie Of The Year and Top Agent for the group for the following five years.
The Dickisons returned to New Zealand in 2017, embarking on their real estate journey together. Bay born and bred, they each hold extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the local landscape.

Rachel Dickison
Residential Marketing & Sales Consultant
The path to property was inevitable for Rachel, whose passion sparked at an early age. She made her debut in Sydney’s commercial sector, taking a position with global leader CBRE in 2003. She quickly progressed from sales assistant to negotiator, remaining with the company for six years. A move to the UK aligned with the transition into residential and the opportunity to work with London’s leading real estate agency Marsh and Parsons and major European banking group BNP Paribas.
